HOT Tip!

The Methods I use to keep in Shape!

Two things I do on a daily basis to keep in shape...and I do it all year around, not just in the summer when there is no snow. I do Adrian Crook's Inflex and have a Skier's Edge machine. Keeps me fit and ready for anything. I highly recommend these two methods of staying fit.

Craig McNeil Bio

Information about Craig McNeil
In April of 2000 Craig McNeil was certified at the highest (black) level in Primary Movements Teaching System and is only one of 5 people in the United States to do so. Craig McNeil has embraced P.M.T.S. as the most effective ski teaching system in the world. It is also, in his opinion the only fully integrated ski teaching system in the world. His quest for constant personal improvement now takes him to the trainer level in P.M.T.S. and promotion of P.M.T.S. throughout the ski world.
